Order Problems


Unfortunately, errors do happen. If you discover anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect item; billing issues, or anything else), please e-mail us at cheese@cheesers.com.  

 

You must contact us within 30 days after receiving your package.

 

When contacting us about an order problem please reference an order number.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products.
