Pleasant Ridge Reserve is an artisan cheese made from the unpasteurized milk from a single herd of Wisconsin cows, which have been fed and managed using "old world" practices. Pleasant Ridge Reserve won "Best In Show" at the American Cheese Society's annual competition in 2001, 2005 and 2010. Pleasant Ridge Reserve is often served as a table cheese, on its own or with bread, fruit and nuts. It is also an excellent melting cheese and a fantastic garnish for salads, soups, gratins and omelets. Pleasant Ridge Reserve should be stored in a humid part of your refrigerator. Bring to room temp. before serving.
