A twist on a well-aged white cheddar style cheese. Aged for a minimum of nine months, made with vegetarian rennet and no added color. It is sweeter than your typical cheddar with lots of flavors, crumbly yet creamy, with a wonderfully long finish that leaves you coming back for more.
