A standout Manchego with a very prominent buttery flavor. The cheese, aged 6 months, melts in your mouth and lingers with a nutty finish. It is made by the Corcuera family, and like all of their Manchegos, from young to reserva, the standout characteristic of the cheese is the wonderful, well-rounded flavor of the sheep’s milk. Firm, but not too dry, with notes of toasted almonds and a pleasant buttery aroma, Manchego is perfect for any cheese plate.
