Deer Creek Doe

The Doe is a gracefully creamy handcrafted bandaged-wrapped Cheddar marbled with intoxicatingly aromatic pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean.  Freshly ground whold vanilla bean is added durring the cheese making proscess and then aged to let the flavors mellow and penetrate throughout.
