BellaVitano Gold and Varieties:
One of our most popular cheese varieties!  Made by Satori in Wisconsin and is an Artisan cheese.  A nutty, semi-hard cheese resembling a parmesan in it's texture.  Enjoy the original Bellavitano Gold or one of the special varieties.  Sartori soaks the delicious Gold in Merlot wine, Balsamic Vinaigrette, or Raspberry Ale from New Glarus, Wisconsin.  Another variety, coated with Black Pepper is a savory choice

Marieke Gouda:
This aged Gouda is made using old world Dutch cheese making methods.  Cured on imported Dutch pine planks in temperature and humidity-controlled aging cellars. Nutty and slightly crystallized with deep nuanced flavors. 



Aged Cheddars:
Take your choice – 1, 2, 4, 6, or 10 year.  Creamy, smooth, gets sharper and more tang with each year aged.  Intensely wonderful!




Nokkelost:
A spiced cheese from Norway.  Cumin and cloves add their spice to this cheese. Truly a Norwegian delight!




Gjetost:
Gjetost has a strong, sweet, yet somewhat sharp flavor with notes of caramel and goat's milk. There are two varieties of Gjetost:  A cow/goat mixture and pure goat's milk.



Manchego:
A Spanish hard cheese made with sheep milk.  Said to be the most popular and tastiest of the Spanish cheeses.




Red Dragon:
Mustard seed & Ale make this cheese, from Wales, have a distinct flavor.



Black Mountain:
A mature semi-soft Welsh Cheddar made with white wine, garlic and fresh herbs.





Mango Ginger Stilton:
A delicious English dessert cheese.  The most popular of the white stiltons with fruit. Pieces of mango and spicy ginger throughout.
